Phillip Clyde Price, age 72, of Iron Station passed away Monday, June 25, 2012 at Levine & Dickson Hospice House. He was born April 22, 1940 in Mecklenburg County to the late Ezra Caldwell Price and Clydie Mae Yarbrough Price.
He was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Iron Station. He served in the US Army Air Corps with the 82nd Airborne.
He is survived by his wife, Joan M. Price of the home, four sons, Rev. J. R. "Price" Davis and his wife Kathy of Lauringberg, NC, Donnie Soles of Durham, NC, Scott Price of Balston Spa, NY, and Michael Price and his wife Lora of Mt. Holly, NC, two daughters, Kelly Price of Sacadoga, NY, and Angela Stills and her husband Chris of Catawba, NC, eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Phillip Clyde Price Fund, c/o Faith Baptist Church, 5180 Old Plank Road, Iron Station, NC 28080.
