Edgar Roberto Puente

     Edgar Roberto Puente Sandoval, 48 of Gastonia passed away at Atrium-Pineville on December 25, 2022.  Edgar was born on November 05, 1974 to the late Maria de Jesus Virginia Sandoval Pineda and Roberto Arturo Puente Gascon in Mexico City, Mexico.  In addition to his parents, Edgar was preceded in death by one brother, Ignacio Ruben Puente Sandoval.
     Edgar is survived by four brothers and sisters; Veronica Escorcia Puente, Vanessa Puente Sandoval, Shantaal Silvers, and Arturo Puente Sandoval, two children; Ian Gael Puente Arrollo and Joanna Michelle Puente, his wife, Hailin Orellana, thirteen nieces and nephews; Jorge Rojas Puente, Jasmine Silvers, Adrian Rojas Puente, Cyanne Silvers, Alan Rojas Puente, Michaelle Puente Ramirez, Hanna Puente Pacheco, Odell Escorcia Puente, Juan Puente Pacheco, Diego Escorcia Puente, Sarah A. Puente, Kevin Escorcia Puente, Gideon L. Puente and Saloman I. Puente, a step-son, Robert Alexander, close friends; Nelson, Ada, Sara, Gilberto, Joel, and Efferson.
     The Puente family will receive friends on Friday December 30, 2022 from 4pm to 6pm at Highland Freewill Baptist Church in Lincolnton.  A Celebration of Life will follow at 6pm in the sanctuary at Highland Freewill Baptist Church.  E.F. Drum Funeral Home of Lincolnton is serving the Puente family.
