Raymond Williams Obituary

Raymond Williams, 71 of Denver passed away on December 13, 2021 at Atrium - Main in Charlotte, NC. Raymond was born on February 14, 1950 to the late Andrew Will and Irene Call Williams in Wilkes County, NC. He was a devout Jehovah's Witness. Raymond worked for Duke Energy at the McGuire Nuclear Station for many years before retiring. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, David Williams.

Raymond is survived by his beloved wife, Wilma Louise Spencer Williams, five children; Christine Davis and husband Locke, Delebert Lamp, Beth Queen, James Lamp and wife Ramona, and Angie Hartley and husband Matt, eleven grandchildren; Brooke, Courtney and Zachery Hartley, Maxwell, Locke, and Skylar Davis, Stephan, David, Austin, and Abby Lamp, and Justin Smith, three great-grandchildren, nine brothers and sisters; Ann Luftman and husband Wayne, Robert Williams and wife Cathy, Janie Bare, Linda Stamper and husband Roger, Rose Bowers, Juanita Barlow, Rex Williams and wife Jan, James Williams and wife Mae, and Russell Williams, and one sister-in-law, Catherine Williams.
