Hello Teresa & family,

I was terribly saddened to hear of Hoover's passing yesterday while visiting at the Brian Ctr. My little friends/residents there, Velma Poole & Pauline Hill, would also like to extend their sincere sympathy to you & your family. We will miss his presence, ...mostly our 'porch & hall' time with Hoover... he always had some good stories to share of years gone by. We also enjoyed his sense of humor & kind spirit & charm. He brought many a smile to many different faces at the Brian Ctr. Please know we are thinking of you all and will keep you in our prayers during this time.

With heartfelt sympathy,
Donna, Pauline & Velma

p.s. I am so sorry, but I will not be able to attend the service for Hoover due to an out-of-town event with my family this week. Please know my thoughts & prayers will be with you all as you celebrate the life of a special friend.

When I worked for Lincoln County Senior Services Transportation I was was very blessed to have gotten to know Hoover. I would come to pick him up and he would have to show me something special that he had picked up at the good neighbor shop or even give me a doll. He was always a joy to be around! There were even times that I would not be working but would ride by Pine street just to tell mrs. amanda, Charles, and Hoover hELLO. MY PRAYERS GO OUT TO YOUR FAMILY
